La Fiesta del Pueblo Inc. is currently planning the 26th annual celebration of La Fiesta del Pueblo for September 24, 2022, in Tifton, GA. This festival has been around for 25 years and has grown significantly since its inception in 1996 as a small community gathering in Omega, GA, by two local Girl Scout troops, 115 and 493. Although we hit a rough patch a few years ago when the economy weakened, we have continued striving and producing a quality event. We are working hard to exceed expectations each year and increase attendance by bringing people together to experience a day of culture and entertainment!
